Pleasant Hill Resident Survey Design, Analysis and Reporting

The City of Pleasant Hill’s city leadership wanted a community survey to help inform a new strategic plan. PorchLight Insights worked with staff to design and a custom survey instrument that included regional and national benchmarkable questions. We planned for a multi-channel administration that allowed residents to take the survey online, on paper, or over the phone. Results were thoroughly analyzed and presented to City Council at a public meeting. A final report was produced for Council in advance of their strategic planning session.
