As a partner to EverStrive Solutions, PorchLight Insights conducted simple program assessments for the CCPHC that informed a center-wide strategic plan. Part of this work included designing and conducting an employee survey to better understand employee perception of the Center’s strategic priorities.  We also worked with staff to identify performance measures that can be used to monitor the plan’s implementation and success.
