In 2025, the City of Raleigh adopted an ambitious and innovative strategic plan.  PorchLight Insights partnered with the City to identify and align best practice measures with their goals. As part of this project, we identified outcome-oriented measures that will serve as a north star for their plan. In addition, we have provided training on choosing strong performance measures and assisted with data infrastructure and entry into Raleigh’s strategic planning software, Envisio.
