Performance and Data Framework & Citywide Goal Framework and Tactical Plan
PorchLight Insights is in its third year of work with the City of Wichita creating an overarching plan to support data-informed management, which includes development of a Citywide Goal Framework. Creation of the Goal Framework involved review of prior strategic documents to identify pillars and define goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics while facilitating input from executive leadership, finance and budget, IT, department leadership, and the Mayor and Council. Project work has also involved development and administration of a survey for employees and use of the city’s resident survey data. The final product will include KPIs aligned with each layer of the plan that will be leveraged to inform funding decisions in future budget cycles.
